Linkedin in their Global Survey stated that Employer branding is the new “black” and is the key competitive differentiator.
They went on to state that 83% of Global recruiting leaders agreed that the brand was a critical driver of their ability to hire top talent.
This was supported by a survey Michael Page ran across 500 UK marketing Employers where nearly a 1/3 or respondents felt that the “brand” was the most important element to help growth in 2013 up from last year (19%).
Majority of the Employers questioned in the Linkedin Global Survey felt that their website was the most effective place to promote their brand however social platforms were also key to there communication strategy.
